Differences from Windows Explorer

The file transfer window operates very much the same way as Windows \nExplorer. However, due to the different nature of handling files locally \nin your own computer (as per Windows Explorer) and handling them over a \nsecured remote connection in the host computer (as per Tectia Client file \ntransfer), there are some differences in operation.

Deleting folders\n\n\n

It is not possible to delete a remote folder that is not empty. Delete \nthe files and subfolders in the folder first.

Multiple paste operations

During copy and paste operations, the file names cannot be changed when \nthe files are pasted. Therefore it is not possible to paste files \nseveral times into one location, creating multiple copies of the pasted files \nas in Windows Explorer.

The maximum size of transferred files is limited only by the file \nsystem. (On many systems the maximum file size is 2 gigabytes.)
